Job Coach – 1st Shift 
Responsible for job skills training to individuals with disabilities. Including transportation, hands on instruction and supervision of job operations, quality control, work flow and material handling to meet production demands in assigned job sites. Participates in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plan goals/ Behavior Plans to maximize each assigned client’s ability to function independently.
Job Coach - 2nd Shift

Bilingual Facilitator  
Responsible for the development and implementation of behavioral programs for participants in the Community Experience Program. Facilitator is a hands on, direct care position and requires the facilitator be bilingual (English/Spanish).
Facilitator - Community Experience Program 
Responsible for the development and implementation of behavioral programs for up to three participants and/ or as required by participants’ supervision guidelines in Community Experience Program. Facilitator is a hands-on, direct care position.
OOA (Opportunity for Older Adults) Facilitator 
Responsible for the training of appropriate social skills and behaviors for individuals with disabilities including instruction and supervision. Facilitator is “hands on” person and will be required to perform all aspects of behavioral programming & follow through with teaching strategies, as well as, attend to personal needs of persons served as required.
