Our Vision is that all individuals have the ability to fully participate in the  community through work. Kuhn believes that all participants have a right to integrated community employment.

All People Can Work - Staff will focus their energies on getting supports ready for people that will allow them to work in the community.

All People Have the Right to Risk - Participants are allowed opportunities to take prudent and reasonable risks in pursuing integrated work.

Services Are Designed Based on the Individual's Need and Participation.

Informed Choices Through Varied Experiences - Participants must be afforded the opportunity to have enough experiences to make informed choices.

Financial Stability - Kuhn can only provide adequate support if the organization has financial stability.
