EMPLOYMENT:  Kuhn currently has a staff of 75 full and part-time employees that  work both day and evening shifts. Kuhn accepts applications and resumes only for positions posted and currently open. The following employment opportunities are currently available with Kuhn:


Program Facilitator-Vocational Mentor Program - SUMMARY: Responsible for handling a variety of office functions, data entry, and providing outreach and education to both consumers and Rushford employees.


Job Coach - Responsible for job skills training to disabled individuals.  Including transportation, hands on instruction and supervision of job operations, quality control, work flow and material handling to meet production demands in assigned job sites.  Participates in the development and implements the Rehabilitation plan to maximize each assigned client’s ability to function independently.


Employment Specialist-DMHAS - Employment Specialists are responsible for assisting individuals with severe and prolonged mental illness to become competitively employed in the community and to reach their maximum vocational potential.  This involves, but is not limited to, vocational assessments, job seeking skills training, issues related to personal appearance/presentation, entitlements training, time-limited job coaching, interview support and job development with the business community.  Must be able to provide employment related support to individuals with a wide range of skills/abilities.  Must be able to be flexible with work schedule to meet the needs of program participants and their employers.  Must be able to communicate effectively with other service providers to coordinate service delivery for program participants.


Bilingual Employment Specialist - SUMMARY:

Manager, DDS Supported Employment Program - Reporting to the Director of Programs, manages the day-to-day operations and supervision of program personnel for the DMR Supported Employment and Individual Placement Programs.  Responsible for implementing and monitoring policies, procedures and outcomes to insure quality services for clients served.  Participates in program budget development and manages services within budget guidelines.  Provides input to and works in conjunction with the Manager of Contracts and Employment Development to make certain sufficient and appropriate work opportunities are available to meet client needs. Acts as a liaison with stakeholders to promote Kuhn in a positive manner within the community.  


Bi-Lingual Facilitator - Responsible for the development and implementation of behavioral programs for up to three participants in the Community Experience Program.  Facilitator is a hands on, direct care position and requires the facilitator be bi-lingual (English/Spanish).
