Manager of Group Supported Employment (GSE)

As the manager for Kuhn's group Supported Employment (GSE) Program, Bobby Jackson directs all aspects of this program to support its program participants and to ensure that they have a productive day, and enhance work skills while at their respective job sites. He is experienced in operational management and programming for people with disabilities, as well as in job coaching and performing specialized tasks required by work site employers, such as floor waxing and scrubbing. His mission is to see his participants stay engaged and interested in achieving their goals, and to venture into the world being more independent from the Kuhn experience.
Bobby joined Kuhn in August 2022 and was promoted to the GSE Manager role in January 2023. He has spent over thirty years providing services for adults and children with disabilities, including work at NYOMRDD in New York. He also has twenty-five years supervisory experience working at United Parcels Service (UPS).
Bobby is originally from Long Island, New York, and attended Morgan State University where he studied Management. In his free time Bobby enjoys fishing, spending time with his friends, and writing.
