As the Chief Financial Officer, Pat Ladner manages and oversees all aspects of the financial and accounting operations of Kuhn including the preparation of financial statements and reporting to Kuhn’s board and the public. She is also responsible for managing Kuhn’s information technology.
She brings to Kuhn three decades of nonprofit accounting experience. She previously worked at Kuhn for thirteen years in the accounting department, leaving as the Accounting Manager. She returned to Kuhn in 2021 after nineteen years with Women and Families Center as their CFO. She received her BA from the University of Arizona and her MBA from Southern Connecticut State University. Her experience includes managing administrative and human resources as well as audit oversight, software conversions, strategic planning and a former President of Girls Incorporated of Meriden.
Inspired each day by the dedicated staff and participants, she strives to ensure the financial goals of the organization align with its mission. She strongly believes nonprofits make the changes the world wants to see and is thankful for her years of involvement.
She enjoys spending time with her family, good music and a great cup of coffee.
