Employment Specialist - Middletown Based 
Employment Specialists are responsible for assisting individuals with severe and prolonged mental illness to become competitively employed in the community and to reach their maximum vocational potential. This involves, but is not limited to, vocational assessments, job seeking skills training, issues related to personal appearance/presentation, entitlements training, time-limited job coaching, interview support and job development with the business community. Must be able to provide employment related support to individuals with a wide range of skills/abilities. Must be able to be flexible with work schedule to meet the needs of program participants and their employers. Must be able to communicate effectively with other service providers to coordinate service delivery for program participants.
Facilitator - Community Experience Program 
Responsible for the development and implementation of behavioral programs for up to three participants and/ or as required by participants’ supervision guidelines in Community Experience Program. Facilitator is a hands-on, direct care position.
Job Coach – 1st Shift 
Responsible for job skills training to individuals with disabilities. Including transportation, hands on instruction and supervision of job operations, quality control, work flow and material handling to meet production demands in assigned job sites. Participates in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plan goals/ Behavior Plans to maximize each assigned client’s ability to function independently.
Bookkeeper (Accounting Specialist)

Job Coach - 2nd Shift 
Responsible for job skills training to individuals with disabilities. Including transportation, hands on instruction and supervision of job operations, quality control, work flow and material handling to meet production demands in assigned job sites. Participates in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plan goals/ Behavior Plans to maximize each assigned client’s ability to function independently.
Transportation Driver 
Drivers are responsible for the safe operation and general maintenance of company vehicles. This involves, but is not limited to, transportation of passengers, as well as making material deliveries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed and accurate records regarding passengers and vehicles. Must be able to provide safe transportation to individuals with a wide range of disabilities.
Employment Development Manager 
Reporting to the Associate Executive Director, responsible for new site development, work procurement and coordination of job development activities. Establishes and maintains quality assurance/ improvement measures for customer satisfaction and ensures compliance with Department of Labor regulations. Implements and monitors policies, procedures and outcomes to insure quality services for participants served. Participates in program budget development and manages contracts within budget guidelines. Works in conjunction with the Program Managers to make certain sufficient and appropriate work opportunities are available to meet participant needs. Promotes the mission of Kuhn as it relates to employment opportunities within the business community and acts as a liaison with stakeholders to promote Kuhn in a positive manner within the community at large.
Recovery Support Specialist (Employment) 
Recovery Support Specialists are responsible for assisting individuals with severe and prolonged mental illness to become competitively employed in the community and to reach their maximum vocational potential. This involves, but is not limited to, vocational assessments, job seeking skills training, issues related to personal appearance/presentation, entitlements training, time-limited job coaching, interview support and job development with the business community. Must be able to provide employment related support to individuals with a wide range of skills/abilities. Must be able to be flexible with work schedule to meet the needs of program participants and their employers. Must be able to communicate effectively with other service providers to coordinate service delivery for program participants. Must be willing to utilize lived experience as a recipient of mental health and/or addiction services to benefit participants in meeting their employment goals.
Workforce Navigator 
The Workforce Navigator will be responsible for assisting and/or making the necessary linkages for program participants to select a career path, enroll in any needed training to gain necessary skills for their chosen profession and obtain and maintain a position. This involves but, is not limited to, career planning, assistance with training registration, job matching, job development and placement, and follow-up support for program participants. Must be able to provide employment related support to individuals with a wide range of skills/abilities. The Workforce Navigator will also be responsible for creating activities designed to further prepare individuals within the Group Supported Employment Program for a higher level of independence. This will include the development and presentation of periodic evening Informational Sessions for individuals and their families to address the barriers to employment. Must be able to be flexible with work schedule to meet the needs of program participants and their employers. Must be able to communicate effectively with staff at other service provider agencies and training providers to coordinate effective service delivery to program participants. Position requires personal vehicle use related to some participant transportation needs. Kuhn offers mileage reimbursement for this purpose and for all business use needs.
Maintenance Specialist 
Responsible for maintenance and repair of Kuhn facility to ensure the safety of Kuhn staff and participants.
Executive Assistant 
Executive Assistant assists the agency’s Leadership Team in managing an efficient administration. The Executive Assistant will perform duties for the CEO as requested, and will provide support for Board of Directors; and maintain sound office practices and promote a professional corporate image to the community. Acts as the agency’s Abuse & Neglect Prevention coordinator.
Human Resources Generalist 
: Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources (HR) for the organization, maintain compliance with all State and Federal regulations and HR related legislation. Supports the agency’s mission and administrative functions.
