Kuhn’s Supported Employment programs in Middletown and Meriden assist individuals with severe and prolonged mental illness through the provision of individualized supports, to obtain and maintain competitive community employment so as to achieve their maximum level of independence.
Program services are based on the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. Services are provided by an Employment Specialist and include vocational planning, job matching, job seeking skills training, job development & placement, time-limited job coaching, job counseling, and follow-along support.
