Bookkeeper (Accounting Specialist)
Responsible for maintaining the systems relative to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, ADP Payroll and QuickBooks. Help support our mission to provide quality services to find and retain employment for persons with disabilities.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. As a member of the Executive Management team, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and driving the company's financial strategy and planning. Working with the CEO, oversees the development and implementation of HR-focused strategies and policies that will result in the continued staff retention, loyalty and growth of the agency. Responsible for the compliance activities related with state and federal employment guidelines. Responsible for promoting the overall image of the agency both internally and externally. Conducts research into outside funding sources relevant to our mission and engages in the grant writing process related to its submission.
Employment Specialist – Middletown-Based
Assist individuals with severe and prolonged mental illness to become competitively employed in the community and to reach their maximum vocational potential.
Employment Specialist - Rushford
Employment Specialists are responsible for assisting individuals with severe and prolonged mental illness to become competitively employed in the community and to reach their maximum vocational potential. This involves, but is not limited to, vocational assessments, job seeking skills training, issues related to personal appearance/presentation, entitlements training, time-limited job coaching, interview support and job development with the business community. Must be able to provide employment related support to individuals with a wide range of skills/abilities. Must be able to be flexible with work schedule to meet the needs of program participants and their employers. Must be able to communicate effectively with other service providers to coordinate service delivery for program participants.
Facilitator – Community Experience Program
Responsible for the development and implementation of behavioral programs for up to three participants and/ or as required by participants’ supervision guidelines in Community Experience Program. Facilitator is a hands-on, direct care position.
Human Resources Coordinator
Responsible for all aspects of human resources for the organization, maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and HR-related legislation. Supports the agency’s mission and administrative functions.
Job Coach – First Shift
Responsible for job skills training to individuals with disabilities. Including transportation, hands on instruction and supervision of job operations, quality control, work flow and material handling to meet production demands in assigned job sites. Participates in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plan goals/ Behavior Plans to maximize each assigned client’s ability to function independently.
Job Coach – Second Shift
Responsible for job skills training to individuals with disabilities. Maintenance Specialist
Responsible for maintenance and repair of Kuhn facility to ensure the safety of Kuhn staff and participants.
Transportation Driver
Responsible for the safe operation and general maintenance of company vehicles. This involves transportation of passengers, as well as making material deliveries.
