Beth Fisher, Executive Director

As the Executive Director and former Director of Programs of Kuhn Employment Opportunities, Beth Fisher leads all Kuhn programs.  She has direct responsibility for developing, maintaining, monitoring policies, procedures and outcomes to ensure quality serve delivery to all program participants. With over 20 years of administrative and supervisory program experience at Kuhn, Brook Hollow Health Center and Goodwill Industries, she has extensive knowledge of best practices in rehabilitation services for a range of disability populations. Ms. Fisher has also directed Kuhn’s program expansion initiatives including Kuhn’s Vocational Mentor Program and business relationships with the Rushford Center, the East Hampton Board of Education and the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services.

Ms. Fisher is an honors graduate in Psychology from the University of Hartford and a founding member of the Connecticut Chapter of USPRA.  She is a Conference presenter and an active member of several industry and state funding and planning committees addressing vocational and program services.  She enjoys gardening, beach and water activities and lives in New Britain.

Geoff Crandall, Director of Programs

As the Director of Programs, Geoff Crandall is a member of the Executive Management team. He directs all programs at Kuhn Employment Opportunities. He has been with Kuhn since 2000 and has held variety positions including, Senior Program Manager. Mr. Crandall earned his B.A. Degree in History from Eastern Connecticut State University. In addition, he holds a Professional Certification as a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner.

Mr. Crandall has been an active volunteer in the community, currently serving as the President of the Middlesex Area Interagency Council. He enjoys running, gardening, and is a lifelong resident of Connecticut.

Erin Gasparini, Director of Support Services & Employment Development

As the Director of Support Services and Employment Development, Erin Gasparini is a member of the Executive Management team. She directs all DDS client support services and oversees employment development for the Group Supported Employment Program. Mrs. Gasparini previously worked at Kuhn for thirteen years and held multiple positions including, Senior Program Manager overseeing Kuhn's Rushford based, East Hampton Board of Education, Middletown, and Bureau of Rehabilitation Services sites. In her short time away, Mrs. Gasparini was the Vice President of Vocational and Leisure Services for MARC Community Resources. She brings with her a wide ranging experience in operational management, program development, strategic planning, electronic records implementation, Department of Labor compliance, and Quality Assurance.

Mrs. Gasparini earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Hartford. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Meriden. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and taking family camping trips.

Craig Hazel, Director of Finance & Administration

As the Director of Finance & Administration, Craig Hazel is a member of the Executive Management team.  He is responsible for the Accounting team and all aspects of financial resource management.  Other areas of responsibility include Human Resources and the Transportation team that provides program participants with transportation to and from their primary residence to Kuhn and its field work sites.

 With over 20  years experience in the financial management field, he joined Kuhn in 2015 to manage the Accounting Department before being promoted to his current position.  Recent previous positions include the Director of Finance/CFO of Tuttle Inc., a national wholesaler of high-end men and women apparel, Director of Finance & Marketing for Capital Access Sources, Inc., a funding company that provided bridge loans nationally to rehabbers that sought to improvement depressed neighborhoods.  Originally from NYC, he also held positions with major money-center banks, the specialty insurance market and quasi-city government.   Mr. Hazel graduated from Wesleyan University.   In 2018 completed three terms as a Board of Director for  United Way of Meriden/Wallingford; is currently a long term tenure Board of Director for Meriden Children First, a non-profit organization that focus on improving the economic, education and social life for all residents of Meriden.  As a devoted husband & father of two young women, he still finds time to officiate basketball and lacrosse throughout the year and is an avid golfer.
