As Program Manager at Kuhn's Rushford-based program, R. Arran Gourley manages this DMHAS funded Kuhn team, which is embedded at the Rushford site and is part of the Hartford Healthcare Behavioral Health system located in Meriden. Arran has been with Kuhn since October of 2023 and previously held various mental health positions including clinical case manager, DMHAS certified Recovery Support Peer Specialist, Program Counselor, and Community Outreach Coordinator throughout the State of Connecticut.
Before entering the mental health field, Arran spent 10 years in the US Virgin Islands at a Diamond Brokerage firm as the Marketing manager, and worked as a TV show host on multiple major Cruise lines throughout the Caribbean. Mr. Gourley received his BS degree in Business Management and Administration at Keene State College, where he played basketball for the Owls. Arran also received his associate's degree in International Business from the college of Lorenzo de'Medici in Florence, Italy.
When not at work, Arran enjoys hiking with his dogs, golfing, traveling and has a passion for cooking for his friends and family.
